Requirements:
A valid L licence.
Have never been disqualified from driving in Ireland. 
Haven't finished your Essential Driver Training (EDT). (Please use Extra Lessons option if you did and want more lessons)

Reduced EDT – 6 Essential Lessons for Foreign Licence Holders

At My Driving School, we proudly support drivers with international experience through the Reduced EDT program. If you hold a valid foreign driver's licence and are eligible under RSA rules, you may only need to complete 6 EDT lessons instead of the full 12.

This streamlined training path focuses on helping experienced drivers adapt to Irish road rules, develop local driving habits, and prepare confidently for the driving test.

Has been granted the reduced EDT scheme by the RSA.

Driving Test Pre-Tests/Extra Lessons – Be 100% Ready

At My Driving School, our Pre-Test lessons are designed to help you approach your driving test with confidence and control. Whether you've completed your EDT lessons or you're nearly test-ready, our pre-tests simulate the real test experience and fine-tune the skills examiners look for.

Led by our RSA-approved instructors, you'll receive constructive feedback, practical tips, and personalised guidance to correct any weak spots—so nothing catches you off guard on test day.

Requirements:
A valid L licence
Have never been disqualified from driving in Ireland
Have finished your Essential Driver Training (EDT)

Note: Learners with an upcoming test please specify the date when booking a Pre-test (Please Include the word "Pre" in notes)
